Our fully-equipped food trailer brings the kitchen to your venue - perfect for events without on-site catering facilities, or when you want something a little different.
Available for weddings, private events, birthdays, work functions and festivals across Mudgee, Gulgong, Rylstone and the wider region. Self-contained: we bring water, gas and everything we need. All we need from you is a spot to set up and a power-point.
Mexican street food by Mamacitas
The trailer is also home to Mamacita's, our Mexican street food offering - tacos, quesadillas, loaded nachos, and house-made salsas. Available for events where you want street-food energy with proper catering reliability.
